Payment and Collection
We accept payment in the form of bank transfer or cash, due upon delivery or in-store collection. If payment is not made as agreed, we reserve the right to retain your items until the full payment is received. If payment is not made within 30 days, we may proceed to destroy the items.
Our services include alterations and repair, dry cleaning, laundry, duvet cleaning, and ironing, subject to 'the customer' signing a waiver.
We aim to deliver your items promptly. However, delivery times may vary, and we are not liable for delays beyond our control. You must provide accurate delivery information, and we are not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information. Missed collections & deliveries may be subject to charges.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your service, please do so within a reasonable time frame. Refunds for canceled services will be subject to our discretion and may involve a processing fee.
If items are not collected within 30 days after we have serviced them, you are responsible for collecting and making payment. Failure to do so within this period may result in the items being destroyed.
It is your responsibility to ensure that any items submitted for laundry are suitable for standard washing and drying. We follow the washing instructions provided on the item. In cases where there are no washing instructions on the item, we reserve the right to refuse service. However, please note that we are not responsible for any damage if we choose to proceed with cleaning.
We are not responsible for delicate items that are prone to damage, such as fur, sequins and buttons. Please exercise caution when submitting such items.
All pockets must be empty when submitting items for cleaning. If pockets contain items that may leak, stain other clothes, or damage our laundry equipment, you may be liable for any resulting costs.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We may revise these terms and conditions at our discretion. It is your responsibility to review them periodically for any updates or changes.
